Q1How can I enter the show?

A1You can enter the show in exchange for an invitation ticket and business cards. Please apply for the invitation ticket from the following website.

Q2Can I enter concurrent shows as well?

A2If you have an Invitation Ticket for one of the concurrent shows, you can enter all shows for free.

Q3How can I find out more about exhibitors?

A3Please visit the following website to search information of exhibitors.
*It will be available online around 2 months prior to the opening of the show.

Q4How can I contact exhibitors?

A4Please utilise the appointment request system on the Exhibitor Directory.

Q5Is Floor Map available before the show?

A5The Floor Map will be available on the website around two weeks prior to the opening date of the show.

Q6How can I apply for Conference?

A6Please visit the following website and complete the application. (Website and session in Japanese)

Q7How can I cancel my application for Conference?

A7Cancellation or change of sessions will not be accepted after completing the application. If the applicant will not be able to make it to the sessions, please have another personnel attend instead.

Q8Can I visit the show with children?

A8No. This is a B-to-B trade show. Individuals under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter the show.

Q9Is a visa necessary to enter Japan?

A9Show Management does not support VISAs for visitors. Please refer to the "Guide to Japanese Visas" on the website of The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan:

Please note that the necessity of a visa varies by nationality of the visitors. For particular details, please contact your nearest Japanese diplomatic mission directly.

Q11Are there any hotels near the venue?

A11Yes. Visit the following hotel information website for details. (Please note that almost all the hotels near the show venue are expected to be fully booked around the show dates. Show Management recommends visitors to book their accommodation for the show in advance.) Reservations for hotels can be made online.

Q14Can I leave my luggage at the venue?

A14Yes. Cloakrooms and coin lockers are available on-site. Please refer to the floor map of the show venue.

Q15Can I take pictures at the venue?

A15Recording and photography is strictly prohibited at the exhibition halls and seminar rooms other than authorised press visitors with a press badge.
